I had a nice chilled day yesterday with two lovely folk from Redcar. We had a morning on the Via Ferrata and an afternoon in the Ghyll with the added gorge section to finish it off.
More Ghyll action this morning, did the canyon section of the Ghyll with this bunch from the north east. Well done....
I meet this motley crew on Saturday morning over in Windermere. There had a great time building their team raft and racing each other, the winners get to pop open a bottle of fizz and celebrate.
It's always great to have returning customers. Last year I supported Jonathan and his pals to swim across Buttermere lake and Crummock water and this year Jonathan fancied canoeing the length of Ullswater and an Esk gorge trip. Both days where superb, check out the pics.
I met a lovely family on Saturday, Gill, Rob, Tom, Lucy and Holly. We had a morning in Honister Ghyll and then climbed at Seathwaite slabs. Here are some of the pics.
Here are a few of pics of what we got up to last week.
I had a great time meeting up with the Ambrose family this morning. They had a smashing time in the Ghyll, hope to see them again soon.
More Stag do fun this morning for Richard and his merry men. A Ghyll scrambling session to end the weekend after yesterdays Via Ferrata. All the best for the big day.
Here is my new video to promote Adventure in The Lake District & Cumbria. What could be better than scrambling up a mountain safely attached to a cable. We are lucky to have this facility here in the North lakes. Go for it.
My old pal from down south gave me a call a few months back asking if I could put on a day for his brother Pauls adventure stag weekend which I was more than happy to do. Stephen fancied a Via Ferrata & Ghyll day and what a day they had the weather was good and the banter was flowing. My old pal Stephen is the guy third in from the left , it was great catching up with him.
