Eden Valley Adventures is an outdoor company which provides activities and training packages in Cumbria for families, schools, groups, childrens parties and stag and hen parties.
The company is owned and run by Ben Bryant and Sam Harvey, both are highly qualified and experienced providers of outdoor persuits.

We offer a wide range of activities, including:
- Ghyll scrambling
- Rock climbing
- Abseiling
- Canoeing
- Kayaking
- Raft building
- Via Ferratta
- Hill Walking
We can tailor your activity day to suit you, we are a mobile activity company and as such can use various locations within Cumbria. Are most popular areas are Keswick and Ullswater withing the Lake District National Park.
Eden Valley Adventures is also a provider of BCU courses. We provide training and assessment for BCU star awards and safety and rescue course. Ben and Sam offer white water improver days to those wishing to kayak rivers Grade 2 upto Grade 4 and we also organise and run Kayaking expeditions overseas.
Sam Harvey
New to Eden Valley adventures is our first Dynamic Duo kayak, a two person kayak which can be taken on white water upto grade III plus.
So if you have always wanted to run a waterfall but havnt had the guts heres your chance. Watch this space theres more to come!
